With Greenwheels' After Hours Alert, you will receive a detailed weekly overview of reservations on your business account, which took place outside the working hours selected by you. This is sent out every Monday. This way you’ll know exactly when cars are booked outside of regular office hours.

With your unique working hours profile you always have access to reservations that take place outside the working hours of your organisation.

Reservations outside of these working hours are not blocked by Greenwheels. There might be a valid reason for your colleague to drive (just) outside office hours. Our After Hours Alert is therefore purely a signalling function.

 

The After Hours Alert is only available for Business Pro and Business Corporate accounts.

How do I change the driving and working times of my After Hours Alert?

You can easily do this yourself. Open the last e-mail you received with the weekly overview (you will receive this on Monday). Look for the button “alle reserveringen” ("all reservations") you will find a link to "Change working hours", here you can easily indicate the working hours.

The standard working hours are 08:00 - 18:00 hrs.

How do I unsubscribe from the After Hours Alert?

You can do this via the After Hours email you’ve received. Check the bottom of the email for the unsubscribe button. From that moment on you will no longer receive an overview of reservations that have taken place outside office hours.

I didn’t received an After Hours Alert, why is that?

You will only receive an alert (email notification) when there have actually been reservations made and trip driven outside your unique working hours profile. You can view an overview of all reservations on your business account by logging in to the website.

The standard working hours are 08:00 - 18:00 hrs.
