Deductible at Greenwheels
If you rent a car with Greenwheels and the car gets damaged during your trip, the deductible is the amount you have to pay in the event of an insurance claim. This is only the case when we cannot charge the other party involved, i.e. when the damage has occured due to your actions. The standard deductible is € 500 per claim.
You have the option to lower your deductible to € 75 for € 3,99 per reservation. You can adjust this excess on the Greenwheels website.
Reduce your deductible for only € 3,99 per reservation
- Login to My profile
- Go to 'Deductibles' and select the deductibles package
- By clicking, your choice is immediately confirmed
Or immediately when making your booking in the app
If you want to confirm your reservation in the app, you can choose 'lower your deductible'. A new screen will open on which you can arrange this immediately.
