Greenwheels Business. Multiple planners and administrators for your business car sharing account

 

At Greenwheels Business you can easily add multiple planners or administrators to your account. This way several colleagues have the option to manage your company’s shared mobility needs.

 

With our Planner functionality you can:

 

  • Easily reserve a car for other colleagues. This can be weeks, days or shortly in advance;
  • Invite colleagues to become a Greenwheels driver in your business account;
  • Manage Greenwheels drivers from your business account.

The planner cannot view financial information and invoices. Each planner has its own login details. The Planner functionality is free with a Business Pro and Corporate account.

 

The account’s main user can easily promote any colleague to a planner via the website or Greenwheels app.

How do I add a scheduler / planner / administrator to my account?

You can easily add a planner yourself via the website and the Greenwheels app. There is no charge for this service. The Planner functionality is only available for Business Pro and Business Corporate accounts.

Via the Greenwheels app:

  1. Download the Greenwheels app;
  2. Log in with the user data of the main user (the person who created the account);
  3. Go to the menu at the top right;
  4. Press “driver”
  5. Tap on the “dots” behind the driver you want to create planner and select “Planner”.

Via the website:

  1. Log in to your company account here;
  2. Log in with the user data of the main user (the person who created the account);
  3. Click on your initial, the menu at the top right;
  4. Click on drivers;
  5. Tap on the “dots” behind the driver you want to create planner and select “Planner”.

The Planner functionality is only available for Business Pro and Business Corporate accounts.
