Sharing is car-ing
Some things are worth sharing. That’s why we offer you the chance to invite additional drivers to your account. If you’ve registered for the Regular or Frequent monthly rate, you can add additional drivers to your Greenwheels account.
You can invite anyone to join you, as long as you and the other driver(s) have the same home address*. You and your additional drivers can use your advantageous rates together. You can both/all book Greenwheels cars, even at the same time. As a main user, you’ll receive the invoices for all drivers that you have added to your account. You can also make bookings for these additional drivers. Another benefit: only you can see who made which booking on the invoice and in your account.

Frequently Asked Question
If multiple drivers are allowed on your subscription, you can add an additional driver My Profile. For business users, this must be done via the main account.
1. Log in to My profile
2. Go to "Drivers"
3. Click on "Add user" and enter the e-mail address of the additional driver and click on "Send invitation".
4. The additional driver (s) will receive an invitation by e-mail which must be accepted. After all information has been entered, the additional driver can also use Greenwheels.
