All amounts mentioned are inclusive of VAT for the private rates and exclusive of VAT for the business rates. Hourly and kilometre rates include refuelling/charging, insurance, breakdown assistance and maintenance. The deductible is € 500 for all rates. The processing and administration costs can be found here if you do not comply with the rules or if you have driven a fine during your reservation.
Cancelling*
You can reserve your car far in advance as well as shortly before departure. Cancelling the reservation up to the start of that reservation is now also possible.
Shorten your trip**
Sometimes plans change. That’s why you have the flexibility to cancel your reservation. Meeting was over earlier than planned? No traffic on the way back? Shorten your current reservation by a maximum of two hours by returning the car earlier. We therefore charge you less costs and a reservation tailored to your needs.
Two-day Deal**
With our special Day and Week Deals you can easily reserve a shared car for a longer period at competitive prices. New is our two-day (48 hrs) deal that you can start at any time.
* Cancel up to the start of the reservation is available for Regular, Frequent, Zzp Pro and Zakelijk/Business Pro. With the Occasional plan you can cancel up to 24 hours in advance and with Zzp Go and Zakelijk/Business Go up to 4 hours in advance.
** These functionalities are not available in the Occasional, Zzp Go and Zakelijk/Business Go plan.
Deductible
If you rent a shared car from us and the car gets damaged. If we cannot recover the damage from the other party - for example if the damage is entirely your fault - we will charge you an amount of your deductible. The standard deductible is € 500 per claim.
You have the option to lower your deductible to € 75 for € 3.99 per reservation.
